1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KartMind (“the Service”), operated by Four Step Process (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KartMind is a business intelligence and tracking tool designed for small food businesses in India. The Service allows you to track orders, expenses, and payments, and receive daily business summaries via WhatsApp. KartMind is available as a progressive web application (PWA) accessible through modern web browsers.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number (+91) to create an account. Authentication is handled via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and OTP codes. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
• You must provide accurate business information during onboarding, including your business name, city, and business type.
• One account is intended for one business. You may create separate accounts for multiple businesses.

4. Trial and Subscription

• New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.
• After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into KartMind, including orders, expenses, menu items, and business information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Core features such as order entry and expense tracking are designed to work offline and will sync when connectivity is restored. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for any loss arising from service downtime or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KartMind and Four Step Process shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, after providing reasonable notice where possible.
• Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or WhatsApp. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
